I will iyh be in North Miami Beach over succos. Does anyone have any recommendations for things to do and eateries? I am willing to travel a bit.

seaquarium, metro zoo, jungle island.....all great for kids (and fun for adults too)
I dont know about food though, sorry 
you can also go to orland/disney/seaworld, but thats all a bit of a drive- about 4 hours, depending where you are (and how fast you drive) you can also go to the everglades or to the keys (again, could also be a long drive)
