Why did we have to pay for ami cd this week?

To any Ami readers/ writers out there- does anyone know why here in England, the Sukkos edition came without the cd that was promised, inside it, and then this week the new edition came out- with the cd inside it. So all the people who only buy this mags at yom tov time were done out of a cd- if they wanted it they would have had to buy last weeks edition. a bit of a cheek really- the AMI should have given out these cds for FREE!!!! thoughts anyone?

eh, the cd isnt worth the price of the ami. I couldnt get past the first 2 songs.
