Place for off the derech 12 yr old???

Is there a residential place that can help an off the derech 12 year old girl with emotional issues? Not NY resident.
I don't know where to post this but she's more "preteen" than school age.
If someone thinks of something I will give more details as necessary.

I think Rabbi Gluck from Areivim deals with these situations . 12 is kind of young to be otd though.

kind of young as in no programs for her or it's just a passing phase? Because this is the eating treif meat, kissing boys, tank tops and mini skirts kind of otd.
Do you have his contact number? I googled Areivim but couldn't find anything. Again, she's not in NY so it would have to be residential that accepts out of towners.
