I live in an old apartment building (over 100 years old). It's a fabulous apartment as far as space is concerned, but the windows don't fit too well and I don't think the ducts were ever cleaned. As a result, the dust is unbelievable. Has anyone had experience with air purifiers? I've heard all kinds of things -- some are great -- nothing works -- etc.
