Posted on the nursing section as well:
My 3rd child is BH about 4 months old. With the other 2, the weight simply melted off and I looked fabulous when I was nursing without watching at all what I was eating. Now, most of the weight came off except for about 5 lbs, and I’m watching myself like a hawk and it’s not budging.
Could my metabolism have changed? Any suggestions?
