Which broccoli or spinach kugel recipe looks professional but tastes home made, pref w/o mayo or onion soup mix?

Do you have the purple Lub cookbook? I make a nice spinach lukshen kugel. Add all the eggs to make it stiffer.

The other recipes I have takeh uses the dreaded mayo or onion soup mix.....
