I am tired of filling up on bread. I am also nursing and don't have time to make complicated dishes. And of course I want to watch my weight. Smile

Soup. It doesn't have to be complicated. You can toss the ingredients in a pot and boil for an hour or however long it needs. You can even buy the ready to make packets. Or if it's just for your self you can buy canned soup.

I second the soup! That's what I do now when I'm starving and nursing.

adding flax meal to anything makes it more filling. I add it to oatmeal, cereal, and eggs

I am nursing and doing weight watchers, so I try to find filling low-cal snacks. Lately I have been taking non-fat, sugar free vanilla yogurt, blueberries and Kashi Go Lean Crunch (It's like granolla but has a lot more fiber and protein) I find that it keeps me full for a few hours.

Also, like a few others said, whole grain bread, protein.

Good Luck
