Mattisyahus's "Miracle" or the Maccabeats version

Rolling in the deep by Adele.

Firework, Katy Perry

Sara Bareilles, "How am I gonna get over you?"

Ive been moving and grooving to these songs lately, excellent power walking tempo and speed!

do you have pandora? just put in one of the songs you like and customize your channel to play similar music.

the main channel I work out to is based on katy perry's firework. in the beginning I had to give thumbs down to any slower pop songs that would crop up, but the customization is getting better and better, and you learn new titles that you wouldn't have come up with in the first place.

I checked my cardio playlist. Some suggestions follow. Disclaimer: You may have to check iTunes for clean versions of some of these songs, or just gloss over the lyrics. Also, this list is kinda heavy on Pitbull. You may find yourself randomly yelling "Mr. Worldwide! 305!!" in a gravelly voice. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Black Eyed Peas: I Gotta Feeling, Let's Get It Started, Pump It, Boom Boom Pow
Lady Gaga: Pokerface, Born This Way, Bad Romance
LMFAO: Secksy and I Know It, Yes, Party Rock Anthem
Iron Maiden: Run To The Hills
Journey: Don't Stop Believin'
Pitbull & Chris Brown: International Love
Pitbull, Mohombi & Nayer: Suave
Pitbull, T-Pain & Sean Paul: Shake Senora (this one is hilarious. Restrict fluids before listening!!!)
Flo Rida: Good Feeling
Spice Girls: Spice Up Your Life
Shakira: Waka Waka
Usher: DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again (Whaddya know, Pitbull is on this one too. Isn't he tired by now?)
Hedley: One Life, Invincible
David Guetta: Where Them Girls At, s-xy Chick, Who's That Chick
Nicki Minaj: Super Bass
