I am iy'h planning an upsherin for two weeks from now. I am doing drop-in style to a party room and will be taking care of all the food myself. I am planning on having about 60 adults and about 30 children (aged 5 and under). I need advice if the following list of food is enough. We are serving desserts and fruit since the party is in the afternoon and therefore does not overlap with meals.
4 pans 9x13 brownies
2 pans 9x13 lemon squares
2 pans 9x13 pecan squares
various petit-fours and small pastries from a bakery
either 100 cupcakes or a large sheet cake from a bakery
Aleph-beis cookies from a bakery
various candies
cut up fruit
coffee, tea for adults and juice boxes for the children

my instinct is that with 90 pple. and 100 cupcakes, you will have at least 50 left.
