I'd love to see ideas for picky eaters (sort of like the deceptively delicious cookbook, sneaking in healthy veggies into foods for kids who dont like to eat)...

There's so much out there for meat and such but often I find an interesting vegetable and am at a loss to find recipes for it. I would like to see more focus on vegetables (other than potatos) to round out teh table and make meals less starchy.

I'd love simple recipes for mains and sides. (Oh and soups of course).
Also Yom Tov fancier dishes but kept simple.
Also fancy easy dessert recipes..
Easy cake and cookie recipes, without marg.
and lots of Chocolate based recipes (truffles, miniatures etc..)

I would really like to see a recipe for "Sesame Chicken" like the restaurants make. Also, any other restaurant recipes with simple ingredients so that the desire to "eat out" to get what you want isn't as much.

I'd love easy but healthy recipes for young children (and sometimes picky eaters!) I don't like giving them fish sticks or french fries on those days when I don't have time to prepare a proper dinner, but don't know what to make that is easy, quick and healthy...

I would love to see really simple ways to decorate a simple dish.
I would also like recipe's for sauces and dressings, like the ones served in upper class restaurants. I CRAVE 'em, but can never make 'em.
