I'd like to see different variations how to use chicken cutlets, recipes for meats, how to cook a good duck. I also love the idea of a menu for the week with ingredients.

I'd love simple, yet tasty dishes! (not the kind of simple that 'just' needs 3 pots, 15 ingredients etc

I read mainstream women's' magazines for every-day recipes. I subscribe to Chatelaine, buy Family Circle from time to time, etc. I've gotten a ton of crockpot, chicken and burger recipes, which I enjoy regularly.
However, I see Bitayvon as being the kosher equivalent of Bon Appetit or Gourmet magazine. It should be more "aspirational", and include the 42 ingredients that make me visit the spice market. In fact, I'd love to see an article with recipes for BBQ rub, Cajun seasoning, ras al hanout, shawarma spice, garam masala, etc., that we can make in batches to have on hand at all times.

Gourmet foods that can be made with basic raw ingredients that are available most places, not manufactured things that you can only get in the US.

I would love articles on how to make home made foods such as pastry dough, mayonnaise, stuff like that. 10-minute meals would also be nice.

I would love to see an article, or series of articles, that show little tips and secrets that chefs know but home cooks don't. Details that take a dish from "Yum" to "Wow!" This is a great magazine!

I would be interested in food presentation? Also, recipes with easy to find ingredients. When I look through recipes the first thing I do is check if these ingredients are already in my cupboard.
As for the recipes...chicken recipes..and sides...
