Someone gave me a container of chicken soup that was frozen. I know it was previously frozen cuz half the container is a chunk of ice. I dont need it for this shabbos. Can I refreeze it for another week?

it is still cold. but half of it is fully defrosted.

Should be ok to refreeze even if partially defrosted.
