"Bacon" orzo
from Family circle
1/4 lb "bacon", soy or turkey
8 oz dry orzo, about a cup
small onion, diced
2 T lemon juice
1 T mustard
Cook your orzo in water for about 8 minutes and drain, keep about a cup of water. Sautee your bacon in a separate pan and add onion to cook. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and the pasta water and let boil. Serve hot.
