I notice that my shaitel looks better after I wear it for a little. is there any way to dirty it up before styling? any product to add so its not so fresh and looks better?

The thing about shaitel is they don't get natural oils like real hair does. I've found if I put a bunch of Argan oil on mine before washing it, it styles and wears much better.
