Mail theme
you can have an actual mailbox that the kids put their notes in the morning.
On the bulletin board you can do pictures of stamps, postal truck, mailman.
Each kid has an envelope on there (they can color it themselves the first week of school). All their mitzvah notes go in the envelope.

I love the idea of bricks like a kosel and they are building the Bais Hamikdash by doing mitzvos. (not my idea saw it somewhere)

I still remember my first grade teacher made a mitzva chain. She made rings from silver foil and attached it to the mitzve notes. The chain went around the whole class.

I don't know how old the children are, but I'm thinking 3-4. When one of my kids was in playgroup, the teacher drew an outline of a bear, like a teddy bear. She then made copies and sent them home and each child came in with a 'mitzva bear'. Though I really thought the idea of the mail was cute, but the notes being in envelopes would make it so the mitzvos would not be seen. The idea of the bricks for the Bais Hamikdash was a cute idea.
