If you like tomatoes, this is what I do:

Slice a tomato, onion, and chop up some garlic, and add about 2/3 of the cut up veggies to a well greased pan. Allow to start getting hot/cooked.

Cover chicken cutlets in olive oil, some salt and pepper, and place on top of bed of tomatoes and onions.

Place remaining tomatoes and onions and garlic mixture on top of cutlets. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and any herb spices you want to taste.

Optional: Add some red pepper flakes.

Cover, cook on medium for about 10-15 minutes, then flip the cutlets. Check for doneness at around 20 minutes.

You have to hover around the stove just to make sure it doesn't get too hot, but it ends up tasting delicious.

The lazy one Smile
marinate the cutlets in schwarma spice (pereg) and a bit of olive oil.
Saute an onion (I like rings, but you can do strips or smaller) and then add the chicken. Brown on both sides and then cover the pan and bake for about 10 minutes on each side (more if the cutlets are thicker).
Enjoy with pita and whatever other toppings you like.

For stovetop shwarma, I use a heaping half teaspoon each of:
salt
black pepper
turmeric
cumin
allspice
coriander
oregano
ginger

plus some chili flakes if you want to go spicy. This is for 2-3 large chicken breast halves (approximately a pound to a pound and a half of meat. Also works for meatballs/gyros).

You can also make chicken fajitas on the stovetop with an onion and a little packet of taco seasoning. Serve with lettuce in taco shells.
I've made taco seasoning from scratch before, but don't remember the recipe off hand.

Tonight I'm sauteeing it with garlic powder and red pepper flakes in olive oil, adding frozen green beans, and when that is done, stirring it together with cooked penne so the noodles get the taste of the seasoning (like pasta salad).

fry onion slices and add zuchini slices. Fry for 5mins until soft.
Put the cutlets ontop and fry 5mins or until each side is white.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and pour duck sauce all over.
Simmer for 5-10 mins.

Easiest recipe!
Sauté an onion, add nugget style pieces of cutlets to onions- cook both sides and add 1 cup ketchup and 1 cup brown sugar, sprinkle with sesame seeds and let cook medium flame for 7-10 minutes. Ends up tasting like sesame chicken.

I use about 3-4 cutlets for this recipe.

Love it!

I have so many!

teriyaki chicken- marinate cutlets in a bottle of teriyaki sauce and a little honey- saute red and green peppers on the stove, then saute the chicken, and combine at the end

sticky chicken fingers- mix equal parts honey, mayo, and soy sauce, marinate for a short time, and saute on the stove. Add balance of marinade when chicken is 2/3 done. YUM!
