Somethings I've seen done:
chocolate frame with the chosson and kalla picture in the middle
mint box with a plastic window with chosson and kallah picture in the opening, filled with mints.
Small chocolate bar wrapped with initials from the 'invitation', placed at each place setting. '
cloth Napkin with ironed on initials from the invitation draped over each chair. (And if people leave theirs behind you can give it to the chosson and kallah to keep)
box of matches with picture of chosson and kallah on one side and on the other side a saying like 'a striking match'.
Benchers with picture of chosson and kallah
candy canes with gumball bride and grooms. (standing in the drinking glasses) or just plain bride and groom gumballs.
bride and groom hand puppets (I saw them placed in the glasses, sticking out like a napkin)

I never did it. but I once saw it done. I wanted to do it but was nervous it wouldn't come out good and I'd waste a lot of napkins.
You can buy iron on transfer paper. Print on there and then iron the image onto the napkin.
