My family is relocating to Silver Spring Maryland - we intend to send our children to the Torah School and would like them to meet other children going to the Torah School. However, there does not seem to be a summer camp option for us. Most of the camps are coed with mixed swimming and this does not work for us. Does anyone know of any backyard camps? the ages I am looking for are a 5 year old girl going into Kindergarten and a 7 year old boy going into 7th grade.

Welcome to the area, OP. I don't live in SS per say (I live about 25 min away) but my kids to to the Torah School. You will be so happy; it's such a wonderful school and such a nice community overall.
I can't help you on the camp front since my kids go to camp in my area, but just want to welcome you to the general area. Please PM me and let me know if there are specific things you need; I'd love to help.

Hi OP,
A friend of mine is from silverspring so I asked her and she sent me this:
GIRLS - 3-6 year olds - In White Oak.
June 18- July 20th
Shoshana Myers - 301-592-0090
Shayna Milgraum - 301-593-0886
Esther Young
She could only find boys camps for grade 3 and up.
