What are homes typically going for in KGH? Detached or attached makes no difference to us (presumably attached houses are cheaper). We are thinking 3 beds, 1.5 baths, finished basement.

If you are serious, you should call DeeDee at Astor - 718-263-4500 - she knows the neighborhood very well.
I myself looked for 4 years before finding my home in KGH - I wanted something very specific. I have been out of the market for a year, so I don't know where prices are now.

It depends usually on 18 foot attached or 20 foot, with a den or without, with a bathroom in master or without and the usual stuff like if there have been any renovations, which block etc.

this sounds about right, although for that amount, you may be able to get a finished basement as well. costs are also going down a little now, so you might be able to get a little lower
