can you give a little more info... like what kind of work out you did, or how you heard of him or what your goal accomplished?

of course! dummy me! Wink

so basically he helped me with my weigh loss, he believed in me that I can do it.. pushed me to the end even if he saw I wanted to quit he didnt let me.. he supported me in all ways... just im really thankful for all he did and now is my time to inspire and help others cuz Ive been there and know exactly how they feel..

How about just writing him all that the way you feel it instead of getting someone else to write a poem?
