My boss just had his 4th boy. I work in an office with just men so I would rather get a gift on my own but what is a good gift for someone who already has 3 older boys?

childrens place e-gift card. You can just email it to him, they can use it for whichever kid needs clothes.

Does he have a favorite sport/sports team? a baby item to do with that will pretty much always go over well with a guy, whether its clothing or a toy or what.
or, I got a frame from this place as a gift when my DD was born, it seems like the kind of thing that would be nice b/c its personalized for the new baby, not something they'll already have a million hand-me-downs of.
