I have 2 boxes of this in my freezer. Is it for fettuccine Alfredo (heavy cream) or ice cream (whip cream) ?

Its whipping cream.
But you could probably use it for [very fattening] alfredo.

It is to sweet for pastas but I use it to make ice cream. It works great.
