This is what a lace front looks like. This one appears to be a very good one, but I think different brands vary in quality. It's supposed to make it look like the hair is growing out of your head.

I have friend who owns one. It defininatly doesn't look like this one. This one is very good. There's another one posted on the same facebook page. It's not as good as the first one, but still pretty good.
