would you make pickled salmon on Rosh Hashanah?
I use vinegar, in things that have an end sweet taste. So that isn't my question.
Does the pickled taste make it not good for Rosh Hashana?

This depends on your minhag. We don't like to eat sweet foods, so we eat normal/spiced.
but can you post the recipe? sounds interesting.
