Thanks momto4! are you going to freeze it until yom tov? that is what I plan to do. I also am going to make 1/2 the amount of meat, should I 1/2 the marinade as well?

neverbored, here's the recipe, it does sound yum:

serves 8-12

4lb spare ribs

Honey Marinade:
1/2 cup honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup chichen broth or 1 cup boiling water plus 1 tsp chicken soup powder
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Lay ribs in a large roaster pan combine all marinade ing in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well and pour over ribs. cover & marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 325 bake ribs for 2-2 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.

Do you think this would taste good with a different cut of meat (brisket?) or chicken?

Its in the freezer already. I actually doubled the sauce. I personally like having more sauce than too little.

I made this for RH. The sauce tasted amazing, but it is definitely not meant to be baked uncovered. I baked uncovered for 2.5 hours and the meat was pretty tough. They printed a correction the next week stating that the correct baking time is 2.5-3 hours. For some reason, they again didn't specify whether or not to cover it. Anyway, it was good enough to make again, but bake covered, at least most of the time.

I baked it covered the whole time for the amount specified the first time and it was delicious, I actually rewarmed it so that might have counted for the extra time needed. btw does anyone know when we will receive the next ami?
