To buy or rent?
I saw to buy on yad2.com (co.il?)
Rent is somewhere around 1,000 shekel a month depending on location and state of the caravan.

Have you lived in a caravan before? Biyanei kala (the cheapest type of built house here) is more expensive obviously but has more advantages if you are buying land anyhow. We know a contractor who will charge 2000 shekel a square meter.
But I did see several ads for caravans on yad2 and as far as I understood they are built to order and not actually second hand.

My sister lives in a caravan in a yishuv. I am positive that her rent is under 1000 shekels. With arnona and other things, it comes to about 1200 I think, but I will ask her.
