He wrote an article in the Jewish Week I believe, saying that many of our Yeshiva/Seminary students coming to Israel are an embarassment to frum people worldwide, and are causing Chilul Hashem. He wrote that they mock and mimic Israeli policemen, and spend money like a bunch of spoiled brats..... He painted the bulk of them with an ugly broad stroke. It was disgusting.

I avoided him in England when he was a shliach there....I just didn't see the sense of a Rabbi head of a Jewish club comprised of 50 % non-Jews, many of whom were dating the Jews in the club. And he wrote a very moving article about how he couldn't believe it that a favorite Jewish student was dating a shikse. They met at his club!!!
