I just bought a newly published book called Bedikas HaMazon by Rav Moshe Vaye. He is a big expert in bedikas tolaim from Eretz Yisroel. The book is in English published by Feldheim. For each food it differentiates between the country you are in (some items have more bugs in EY than the US for example). I find it is an excellent guide as to what needs to be checked and how to check (with great photos of examples). It also has a great explanation of why bugs are problematic and what the different types and how they get into the foods.
If you're like me where you're always unsure how to check, what to check, etc., I'd highly recommend this. Or if you just want all the info at your fingertips.

OOTB,
Have you started to use it yet? If so, have you found any bugs?
Thanks for sharing.

I've read through it, but haven't used it as I'm leaving town for Sukkos and have already cooked for what I need until then.
