help with card for morah

my daughters pre school class collects money for the morahs for chanukah. I've been asked to get the card & write the note inside. besides all the basic stuff, like thank you and yada yada, I'd like to add something "jewish" or "chanukah-ish" to it. Any ideas?

I always write a poem, throw in some of the things they learned and some of the special activities they do (do they get to bring home a doll, write about it!)

I think teacher's appreciate knowing that the mothers really know what goes on and appreciate the hours and originality they put in

End off with a brachah like,

And in gratitude our brocha, our wish to you
Is that Hashem should continue
Give you nachas, gezunt and and cochos too,
To help you accomplish all the incredible things you do.
