The baby can wear anything you want him to wear, he doesn't necessary need a special 'bris outfit'! Any sack or 'snapped bottom' will do.

Our first 3 we used a regular pillow with a clean light blue pillow case. You don't need the fancy types. We had for the 2nd two because the nurse that assisted brought them with her but to be honest the regular blue pillow was more homely and would have been my preferred option.
Not saying you shouldn't find a gemach but if you can't find one you don't need anything fancy! I doubt anyone actually saw what they were wearing either by the way.
