I am looking for ideas for side dishes that I could make ahead of time and freeze. I am going on a business trip and would like to come home and not have to cook so much for Shabbos. Would love to hear ideas. Thanks.
Also what is the best way to freeze food?

I freeze just about everything.
Lukshen kugel- raw
sweet potato kugel- raw
carrot muffins or another form of muffins with other vegetables
potato knishes- I make the dough less and freeze it raw
potato kugel
cualiflower kugel
Good luck.
