Downsyndrome, I got to chat with you for a while last sunday when you were just about coming home from the hospital after a long shabbos and was very inspired by your example of Kibbud av v"aim. It's one of the dearest mitzvas and you were zoche to fulfill it so beautifully.
Allow yourself grieving time and may Hashem give you the strength to bear your pain and healing.
