Can anybody point me to a tnt apple cake that I can give the kids for breakfast tomorrow morning? It can use cake meal.

You can use all apples instead of the pears.

I made it for Shabbat. It was indeed very tasty and went over very well. I didn't put crumble on the bottom, only on top. I also microwave the apples separately, in a bowl, before assembling the crumble (I do that whenever I make apple crumble) to give them a head start and reduce baking time. Thank you September June,I will definitely keep this recipe in my Pesach file!
