Does anyone know if it is permissible to buy Chometz in Waldbaums/pathmark which has the same owner, after Pesach?

The distributer of pathmark is Jewish.
Other than bread, which is delivered daily, we do not buy real chometz there.

In my local Waldbaum's (not Brooklyn) there is a sign from the Chof-K stating that the distributor has sold their chametz, and it is ok to purchase chametz immediately after Pesach from the Waldbaum's, Pathmark, A&P, and Food Saver.
