My husband was trying to be helpful before he left for work and peeled the potatoes for the potato kugel and left them soaking in a meat pot. My food processor is strictly pareve so I can use it for a dairy or meat meal. Can I put the potatoes in the food processor? I'm assuming it is ok because everything is cold but I get nervous about these things Thank you!!

To my knowledge, if everything's cold, and the pot was clean, and they've only been soaking for a couple hours, should be fine.
Do you know for sure he used a parve peeler?
