Bayswater frum blocks

What are the names of the frum blocks in bayswater...which ones are closest to shul,furthest from bad neighborhood etc.?

I live in bayswater there there are very few "bad" blocks some are better than others. As long as you have one in the "main area" of the community there will be frum people around. If you name blocks you are looking at it might be easier than me listing off the 20-30 "frum blocks" here

I mean 1438 Dunbar st near the water...is it on a frum block, near a shul? could it have been flooded by sandy?

Interestingly that area did not get as hit by Sandy as some of the other areas not as close to the water. I don't think its VERY frum in that area but there are neigbhbors not to far, within a block or two and everything feels safe. Its pretty far from shuls, but everything is within a 15 minute walk so its relative.
