I found 'New Atkins for a New You' very helpful.
This one is also very good: "The All-New Atkins Advantage: The 12-Week Low-Carb Program to Lose Weight, Achieve Peak Fitness and Health, and Maximize Your Willpower to Reach Life Goals " by Trager and Heimowitz.

Is the book called "The New Atkins for a new You"?
Also, has anyone tried the muffins in a minute. Is it ok to eat for breakfast during induction? It says on the website there are 3.5 net carbs, but I'm not sure from where. It seems to me there are no net carbs in flaxseed meal.
