I was wondering if I do heavy workouts like Jillian Michaels dvds or other fast paced workouts, will it effect ttc?

unless you are already underweight, no.

Not in my personal experience.

From what I have read, unless you are already very underweight or malnourished (in which case, why would you be doing Jillian Michaels workouts?), you should be fine.

(No, I am not a medical doctor either.)

I am close to underweight and every time I exercise I get pregnant faster.
This time I did a heavy exercise regime and I got pregnant way before I planned.
For me I found that exercise stops me from nursing clean which means I ovulate earlier.

When doing fertility treatments, they recommend you abstain from heavy exercise. But regularly it should be fine as long as you don't exercise like a maniac!

Op here, thanks for your replies. I mean that will it delay ovulation or having a harder time concieving since I'm doing heavy weights and jumping???
