I work with an 18 yo whose bday is coming up. She's my assistant and is going to school to be an EMT. I'm looking for a gift that's not too expensive - $20, because she's really been a great help this summer.

Are her ears pierced? Petite stud earrings are very in style, and won't be a hazard in her job.

A starbucks gift card?
Does she have an iphone or ipod...then an itunes gift card is nice.
Even a $20 visa gift card is nice especially since you mention she is going to school to be an EMT, lunches for the first 2 weeks will be covered with the visa card.
