Again, got permission to post here and not in classifieds to keep it anon.
We have bought a multi-family home in the heart of flatbush (teens, middle avenue).
3 bedrooms, one and a half baths, EIK, W/D hookup, HUGE Living Room/Dining Room PLUS a den/office/playroom off the living room.
Freshly painted and in good condition, nice bathrooms and kitchen. Willing to do a bit more work for cost if we find a tenant soon while we are doing our construction and they want it I.e. new countertops etc...
