I'm moving to Monsey soon and I need to apply for child health plus . Is there a place that helps you with it? like similar to cojo in brooklyn ? since my kids insurance expires in september I need to do this really quickly ...and preferably with someone who can advise me on the best options...
please respond if you know of such an agency. Thank you!

there's also a lady named Miriam in the back of the community connections who does it. she did it for me before I got the hang of doing it on my own. or you can just do it on your own. http://www.health.ny.gov/healt.....y.htm

I went directly to the CHP office in the government building on Sanitorium Rd. The officer filled out my application and asked me for all necessary forms. Piece of cake, took ten minutes and didn't cost anything.
