Can you help me please with gift ideas for my dd's pediatrician.
We are switching and would like to give a thank you gift, but not going in person. what can I send?

We are not in NY area, but in USA

ideas I have so far: chocolates (expensive to ship, I think), flowers - very pricey, and something from amazon - but WHAT?
