Where did the new-ish story "Role Play" go? Anyone know why it hasn't been in the last 2 issues?

How did I miss the end? I checked the past few issues and I didn't notice a "the end". Was it the hospital scene?
And I agree, it blew the big one.

Yeah it was at the hospital.
It ended with Mimi saying to someone (nurse? visitor? don't remember)who praised her, that her accomplishments are all due to these 3 women there with her- her mom, sister and daughter.

I really felt gypped. It seemed like it was gonna be a good serial and then all of a sudden it came to an end. Wondering if it was really suppose to end this way or there's something going on behind the scenes

I'll bet it was meant to fill the gap until a new serial (Riva Pomerantz?) comes out in the succos edition. I think magazines start new stories pesach or succos when non subscribers tend to purchase so they'll be hooked

I actually thought the two story lines- caring for elderly parent and doing a job for ego vs altruistic reasons could have been a great serial- but it was rushed through and not beefed out enough.
(I thought they said from the beginning it would be a mini-serial??)

It was a great story. But as with all serials, it never ends satisfactorily. There was at least one more intallment that shouldve come to explain stuff better.

Huh? I loved many endings of serialized stories. Not all are rush-rush jobs because of controversies.

I, too, loved the story....thought of a lot of people that could identify with the hard feelings...didn't like the end...lived happily ever after!!!
