Anyone familiar with R' Morgenstern in Eretz Yisroel?

People in Eretz Yisroel go to him for Brochos and Eitzos. He might possibly be involved in Kabbalah. Does anyone know more about him or how to reach him?

he is an incredible person! we went for him for advice with infertilty and he is really really a genious and so understanding!

and his hours for calls are Sunday-Thursday from 8:00-9:00AM
and sun, monday, tues, thur from 8:30-9:00 PM

Thanks a million. BTW, You mean Israeli time which is 7 hours earlier I believe? Also, do people that speak to him send him money either before or after?

Please make sure it is R. Chaim Morgenstern you are calling and not R. Dovid Morgenstern (also an American rav in Israel and R. Elyashiv's assistant). You would have a very different experience with one vs. the other.

I think the one you are refering to is R' Itcha Meir Morgenstern. He is actually in America today (NY).
