I am interested in finding out more information about ramat beit shemesh. What areas/streets would be good for us to look? We are modern yeshivish 5 towns types. We both have professional jobs. DH wears a hat on shabbos but when he is not working he will wear khakis and polos. I cover my hair fully, but am ok with nice denim skirts. I really like the rappaport school in RBS and would probably want to send there in the future, but right now we do not have children yet. We do not know many people so I would really like to be in a community that is welcoming. Any ideas?

Ramat Shilo sounds like it might be a good fit. Those are the streets behind the main shopping center: Nachal Ein Gedi, Nachal Chaver and Nachel Tzeilim, plus the streets named after cities (Tiveria, Yavne, Yerushalayim, etc.).
