We already live in Lakewood but our lease is up at the end of this month. We prefer a house and not a development. Do you know of anything? We checked the Masa Umatan and there is nothing there for us. TIA!

There are listings but when it comes down to it each one has an issue. We are not too picky about location. Just not West Gate. We are willing to pay up to $1700 and we prefer a single family or duplex home.

Call Estee Klein the RE agent. there are a lot of ppl who own houses in raintree that are looking for ppl to pay that mch rent. usually then end up renting to illegals, when everyone wishes they would rent to yidden. she would know if there is or who else to call.

Did you get the new masa umatan? I just looked at it (was delivered last night) and I saw a lot of rentals.
Also, I noticed that Imperial realty sells houses that are tenant occupied. Maybe you can call them and ask if any of the homes need tenants. Usually the investor doesn't want to buy a home if there is no tenant there.
