I need to start working on my issues ,could you please recommend a good therapist ,ideally a frum female,who will work with me to get over my past, manage depression and anxiety ,help me with anger issues and help me to be a good parent. Would be good if she also would know Halacha and advise how to deal with abusive parent.
Would really appreciate your help!
