Does anyone know of a women's spa in Jerusalem?

I'm looking for somewhere with a private jaccuzzi. If they had mani/pedis also would be nice.

I saw the ads for Swan Gym and it looked amazing, but when I called they said their jaccuzzi was out of operation :-(

Also preferably under 250 NIS, I don't want to break the bank too much..

The Groupons all offer private massages but then "using the hotel's facitilites" - which are not women only, so it doesn't help me.
