Has anyone taken their course? Is it a real thing? I've tried calling a few times and nobody ever answers the phone. Any info or reviews?

I took one and two and really enjoyed it. The groups are small and geared towards parents of the same age children (toddlers, teens, etc) so we all shared the same issues. There is a tremendous amount of participation. I found a lot of the advice very practical and basic and great to hear - active listening, problem solving. I got a lot out of it.
