is there a all women's gym in center 1?
if so, has anyone been there? did you like it? what crowd goes there?
about how much is it? do you have to pay per month/year/punch card?
does anyone have a preferred gym in the central jerusalem area?
thank you so much for your answers!

I used to go to JUMP and wasn't super happy with it. The cost was very expensive and I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth. My main issue was that if you come at crowded times their were not enough machines I.e. treadmills were almost always in use and you had to use something less popular. I feel like if you are paying a few hundred nis a month, they need enough machines for everyone.
I personally was happier with a curves type of gym just because a smaller gym was a nicer atmosphere and I got more weight loss encouragement by getting to know other people working on similar things.
The main problem with Curves is that you get bored after a while and it's only fun if the instructor in the middle is good.
I think every gym has various crowds (some super frum and some secular).
I have been to several gyms including Jump, Curves, etc.
